1. Services Provided

  • We provide professional virtual assistant services to support business owners, including but not limited to administrative tasks, social media management, customer support, lead follow-up, scheduling, and other agreed-upon tasks.
  • Services are tailored to each client’s needs and will be outlined in a written agreement or service plan prior to the start of work.
  • We do not provide services that are illegal, unethical, or violate the terms of any third-party platform.

2. Service Agreements

  • All services require a signed agreement that outlines the scope of work, payment terms, and service schedule.
  • Any changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Hours & Availability

  • Virtual assistants are available during the hours specified in your agreement.
  • Requests for work outside of agreed hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • We have a 10 hours per week minimum for ongoing VA assignments unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed on our website or service agreement.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or pause services, you must provide at least 14 days written notice unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • If you cancel services before the end of your billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Clients are responsible for providing secure access to any tools, accounts, or data required for services.
  • We are not liable for security breaches resulting from third-party platforms or client-provided systems.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide clear instructions, necessary account access, and timely feedback to ensure tasks are completed as expected.
  • Delays caused by a lack of communication or access may impact project timelines and will not be the responsibility of NextGen VA Services LLC.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • We will perform services with reasonable care and skill; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services during the month the claim arises.

9. Website Use

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of NextGen VA Services LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
  • You agree not to misuse our website or engage in activities that could harm its functionality or security.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
